Nigel Pope is one of the BBC Natural History Unit’s most experienced producers. In this entertaining show, Nigel Pope will reveal what really goes on behind the scenes in Natural History filming – from travelling in dugout canoes for three days in central Africa to filming gorillas … to dressing Bill Oddie up as a compost heap so that he can watch kingfishers go through their paces in front of his nose!
